Juvenile Held On Multiple Charges
Lebanon Police report an unnamed 17-year-old male is in a juvenile detention facility on charges of intimidation, criminal recklessness and possession of a firearm by a minor. The arrest stems from an argument that happened on July 2 in Lebanon. The alleged victim said that the armed male pulled out a gun during their argument and fired a single round into the air. Zionsville Man Convicted For CSAM
A Zionsville man has been convicted a second time of possession of child sex abuse material. Christopher M. LaGrange 39 pleaded guilty this week to one count of possession of child sex abuse material and one count of failing to register as a sex offender. Boone Superior Court I Judge Matthew Kincaid found the previous conviction warranted a sentence enhancement and tacked on an extra three years in the new sentence, bumping it from four to seven years for the first count. Wally’s has officially opened the doors to its first location in Indiana, located in Whitestown. The 53,000-square-foot location is the chain’s third location and the largest in its network.
