Tippecanoe County Judge, Wife Injured In Shooting
A Tippecanoe County judge and his wife are hospitalized in stable condition after they were shot Sunday afternoon. Steve and Kim Meyer were found with gunshot wounds in a home in the 17-hundred block of Mill Pond Lane in Lafayette around 2 p.m. Indiana Chief Justice Loretta Rush says she has been in contact with the Indiana Supreme Court and has been assured senior judges will cover Tippecanoe Superior Court 2 while Meyer is recovering.
