Boone County Honors Martin And Dulin

 Tuesday, June 30 marked the final day of service for Boone County Emergency Management Agency Director Mike Martin and Deputy Director Russ Dulin as they concluded 28 years of dedicated service to Boone County.  During a reception Tuesday afternoon, Boone County Commissioners Scott Pell and Donnie Lawson presented Mike and Russ with plaques recognizing their commitment to helping keep the community prepared before, during, and after emergencies.  For nearly three decades, Mike and Russ have worked behind the scenes to coordinate emergency preparedness, support first responders, and help Boone County navigate everything from severe weather to large-scale emergencies.
