The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a road closure that will impact State Road 75 in Jamestown. Beginning on or after Monday, November 3, CSX Transportation will close the crossing on S.R. 75 just north of U.S. 136 for repairs. Work is anticipated to last until the end of the week but is weather-dependent and subject to change. The official detour around the closure is U.S. 136 to S.R. 39 to I-74.

Wilma Kay Mantooth, 79, passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Hooverwood Living in Indianapolis, Indiana. On Saturday, October 18, 2025, at approximately 3:08 a.m., Deputies with the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Jackson Street in Mulberry to a report of a burglary with injuries to the homeowner.
