Governor Mike Braun is ordering flags be flown at half-staff to honor an Indiana National Guardsman Sergeant Terry Frye who was killed in a crash last week. Flags should be lowered at state facilities in Clinton County and at the Indiana Statehouse on Thursday until sunset on Friday. Thursday is the visitation for Sergeant Terry Frye- and Friday is his funeral. Frye was killed in a collision on I-65 last Friday when heading to Camp Atterbury for drill weekend.

I.S.P. Investigating Shooting Of Two Kirklin Town Marshals
