One Injured After Car Crashes Into Starbucks

An SUV on Monday afternoon crashed into a coffee shop in Lebanon. Emergency personnel were called just after 2:10 p.m. Monday to Starbucks, 1377 S. Lebanon St. Sgt. Tre Comage, public information officer for the Lebanon Police Department, said in the release that the driver of the vehicle was not injured and showed no signs of impairment. One person inside the coffee shop received injuries not believed to be life-threatening but was taken to a hospital. The driver reported a mechanical issue with the SUV, which caused it to accelerate unintentionally into the store.
