CASE Taskforce Makes Major Arrest

Seven people are now under arrest for allegedly trying to meet juveniles for sex. The arrest was made due to the work of local law enforcement. The Boone County Child Abuse and Sexual Exploitation Task Force announced they partnered with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force for the operation.

The seven individuals arrested include the following: 

• Corwin Suits, 38, from Greenfield charged with multiple counts of child solicitation.

• Michael Frazier, 41, from Louisville, Kentucky charged with multiple counts of child solicitation.

• Fredy Raul Leonardo Tomas, 21, from Indianapolis charged with multiple counts of attempted sexual misconduct with a minor and child solicitation.

• Izzettin Candan, 30, from Dayton, Ohio charged with multiple counts of attempted sexual misconduct with a minor and child solicitation.

• Devon Powell, 18, from Indianapolis charged with attempted sexual misconduct with a minor.

• Buhereri Nsengiyumva, 28, from Indianapolis charged with multiple counts of attempted sexual misconduct with a minor and child solicitation.

• Harsh Kumar, 39, from Whitestown charged with multiple counts of attempted sexual misconduct with a minor and child solicitation.
