Lebanon Plan Commission To Hold Public Hearing

The Lebanon Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on a Petition for Vacation of Public Right-of-Way on August 18th at 7:00pm in the Municipal Building, Council Chambers. A portion of County Road 325 West from State Road 32 north to Deer Creek, and a portion of 400 West from State Road 32 north to County Road 200 North. The petitioner is seeking to vacate these portions of right-of-way to accommodate the proposed future development of 1500 acres at 3602 W State Road 32.
