Frankfort Man Arrested After Sex Crimes Investigation

On February 5, 2025, the Frankfort Police Department served a search warrant in the 1000 block of Rowe St. 76-year-old, Richard Q. Henson, was arrested by Detectives, that day, on allegations of sex crimes. The Clinton County Prosecutor officially charged Henson on February 7, 2025, for the following:
