Dougherty Promoted To Captain

The City of Lebanon Fire Department recently celebrated the promotion of Sam Dougherty to the rank of Captain. In his time with the Lebanon Fire Department Sam has been a Hoosier Burn Camp counselor, Public Information Officer, and a CPR Coordinator.
