Beginning Monday, October 20, Clinton County government offices will start relocating from the Courthouse to the new Clinton County Annex Building at Main and Washington Streets in downtown Frankfort. The first offices to move will be the Survey's Office and the Treasures Office. Both offices should reopen by Wednesday.

The  Rossville Consolidated School District  has received a $150,112 grant from the U.S. Department of Justice to enhance school safety. The grant, awarded through the 2025 School Violence Prevention Program by the  U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Community Oriented Policing Services , will be used to upgrade door infrastructure in key areas of the district’s educational facilities. At approximately 8:30 p.m. on Monday evening (10/13/2025), officers with the Whitestown Metropolitan Police Department (WMPD) conducted a traffic stop on southbound I-65 near the 131-mile marker. The Indiana Department of Transportation announces an ongoing flagging operation that is impacting State Road 32 between Shannondale and Dover. Contractors have begun paving for the added passing lanes project between S.R. 75 and County Road 1175 W. near Western Boone High School.
