The Rossville Consolidated School District has received a $150,112 grant from the U.S. Department of Justice to enhance school safety. The grant, awarded through the 2025 School Violence Prevention Program by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, will be used to upgrade door infrastructure in key areas of the district’s educational facilities. The project will install new security doors and intrusion-resistant locking mechanisms.
