Zionsville Fire Called Out Saturday

Lightning from early morning storms Saturday sparked a fire in the 4000 block of Sugar Pine Lane in Zionsville. First arriving units from the Zionsville Police Department reported flames and heavy smoke coming from the two-story residence. ZFD crews arrived and were able to quickly bring the fire under control. No one was home at the time of the fire and there were no injuries to firefighters or the public. Damage caused by the fire is estimated at $150,000.
