Workplace Accident Kills Indianapolis Man

Whitestown police say an Indianapolis man has been killed in a workplace accident. Forty-four-year-old Anthony Osby was killed by a falling concrete block while working at a Waste Management facility. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The concrete block weighed several thousand pounds.
