Witham Health Services Foundation Scholarships

The Witham Health Services Foundation is offering two scholarship opportunities for graduating seniors from Lebanon High School and Western Boone High School. The Judy Psikula Scholarship is a one-time $2,000 award for one graduating senior from Lebanon High School and one graduating senior from Western Boone High School who will pursue a degree in a medical field. In addition, the Sally Lynn Coan Scholarship is a one-time $3,000 award granted to one graduating senior from either Lebanon High School or Western Boone High School who will pursue a nursing degree. 

Applications for both Foundation scholarships are available through the guidance offices at Lebanon and Western Boone High Schools. Completed applications must be returned to the applicant’s guidance office by 3 p.m. on March 20.
