Whitestown To Remember September 11

This Friday morning, September 11, the Whitestown community will gather at 8:30 AM on Field One at Lions Park to dedicate the 9/11 Field of Honor — A Tribute of 2,977 Flags. Each flag represents one of the lives lost on September 11, 2001. Together, the 2,977 flags create a powerful visual tribute to the victims, their families, and the heroes who responded that day.

The Field of Honor will remain on display throughout the Fall Festival weekend. You are invited to take a few moments to walk among the flags, reflect, remember, and honor the lives represented.
