On Thursday, Frankfort Police, Frankfort Fire and Clinton County EMS were dispatched to a report of a child struck by a vehicle in the area of 650 Burlington Avenue. An investigation revealed the child was not struck. The driver was issued a citation for disregarding a school bus stop arm. The case will be sent to the Clinton County Prosecutor for review.
