Smock Joins Whitestown Town Council

The Town of Whitestown announces the appointment of Courtenay Smock as the new Whitestown Town Council member representing District 3. Councilor Smock currently serves on the Whitestown Redevelopment Commission and as President of the Walker Farms HOA Board.
