Road Closure To Impact U.S. 421

The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a road closure that will impact U.S. 421 just north of State Road 32 in Boone County.

Beginning on or after Thursday, September 18, crews will close U.S. 421 over a tributary of Eagle Creek, located just north of Zionsville. The purpose of this closure is for a small structure replacement in the area. The official detour around the closure is S.R. 32 west to S.R. 39 north to S.R. 47, then back east to U.S. 421.

INDOT encourages drivers to seek an alternate route and to use caution in and around work zones.
