Police Investigate Fatal Accident

On September 14, 2026, at approximately 5:43 p.m., Lebanon Police Officers, Fire personnel, and medics were dispatched to a construction site in the area of 400 W and State Road 32 regarding a report of a male who had been struck by a pickup truck. Dispatch advised that life-saving measures had already been initiated by on-site medical personnel.

Upon arrival, emergency personnel were directed to the location of the injured male. Emergency personnel continued life-saving measures; however, their efforts were unsuccessful. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

    Due to the severity of the crash and the injuries. A specialized CRASH unit was requested to investigate. The incident is still under investigation.

The deceased was identified as Christopher Lawe, 33, of Oklahoma.
