Pauline Reeves

Pauline Reeves, 74, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Homewood Health Campus, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born November 5, 1951, in Indianapolis, a daughter of the late John Charles “Jack” and Barbara (Wuensch) Pierle. Pauline married Michael Lee Reeves on February 23, 1974; he preceded her in death on March 29, 2015.

Pauline devoted her life to caring for others. She took great pride in being a housewife who made ends meet by cleaning houses and babysitting. Coming from a large family herself, she treasured time spent with her children and grandchildren, who were the center of her world. Pauline enjoyed arts and crafts, working in her flower gardens, landscaping, and spending time outdoors in the sunshine. A woman of strong faith, she was a devoted member of her church and participated in several mission trips.

Survivors include her children, Andrew M. (Alisha) Reeves, Clint W. Reeves, and Emily M. (Travis) Hess; her grandchildren, Brooke, Drew, Audria, Gwendolyn, and Mae Reeves, and Ryan, Rachel, and Grant Hess; her brothers, Mark, Ray, Kenny, Glen, John, and Phil Pierle; as well as extended family members.

In addition to her parents and husband, Pauline was preceded in death by her brother, Don Pierle.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Boone County Mentoring Partnership, 404 W. Camp Street, Lebanon, Indiana 46052.

Family and friends will gather Sunday, February 22, for visitation from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon. In honor of Pauline’s love of color, please wear bright colors.
