Mr. Terry Lee Hale, 73, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at his home surrounded by family. He was born March 12, 1953, in Lebanon, a son of the late Clifford and Patricia (Lewis) Hale. Terry married Marolyn Ray in 1974 and she survives.
Terry worked as the Park Superintendent for the Lebanon Parks Department for several years. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, along with woodcarving. Terry also enjoyed old cars and motorcycles and attending car shows.
Survivors include his loving wife, Marolyn Hale; children, Angela Hale and Adam (Monica) Hale; grandchildren, Casey (Nick) Payne, Krista (Marcus) Coyne, Anthony Phillips, Skyler Phillips, Axton (Faith) Hale, Aiden Hale, and Aleah Hale; great grandchildren, Cloey Payne, Brantley Payne, Jakari Ward, Jayden Ward, Scarlett Hale, and Huxley Payne; and siblings, Teresa (Jerry) Hosfield, Gary (Judy) Hale, Darlene (Bobby) Arnold, and Rhonda Tyree.
In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by his grandson, Zack Dixon; brother, Ronnie Hale; and brother-in-law, Jerry Tyree.
Family and friends will gather Friday, June 19, for visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon. Terry will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.
