Linda Lou Warren (Wheeler)

Linda Lou Warren (Wheeler) passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Homewood Health Campus, Lebanon, IN. She was born on May 17, 1944, in Indianapolis, IN, a daughter of the late Forrest and Helen Wheeler.



Linda was a graduate of Ben Davis High School. During her career she worked at Pratt Whitney, Sea Ray Boats, Cracker Barrel, and had her own cleaning business and Bakery.



Linda had a heart for the Lord and was a woman of great faith. Linda loved horses and in 1975 won Grand Champion in halter show class at the Indiana State Fair. Linda enjoyed spending time with her family, crafting, gardening, and painting.



She was a loving mother of two sons, Ron (Lisa) Stevens of Grand Blanc, MI and Todd (Phyllis) Stevens of Jamestown, IN; Linda is also survived by four grandchildren, Zachary (Beth) of IL, Morgan, Noah, and Simeon all of MI; three great grandchildren, Miles, Ellie, and Nora all of IL; three sisters, Bette Patterson of Greenwood, IN, Shirley (Doyle) Spoonemore of Columbus, GA, and Mary Lou (Gary) Shomber of Louden, TN; three nephews, Gary (Josephine) Spoonemore, Larry (Keka) Spoonemore, and David Patterson; niece, Debbie Burrell; great nephews and nieces, Josh (Tara), Angelica, Serenity, Shiloh, Melissa, Michael, and Trica.



The family honored Linda with a celebration of life gathering on Sunday, November 9, 2025. Linda will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to have known her.



Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with her care.
