Larry G. Krout

Mr. Larry G. Krout, 85, of Crawfordsville, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at his home in Crawfordsville. He was born August 24, 1940, in Prairie Du Rocher, Illinois, the son of the late Gerald and Ruth (Parkinson) Krout.

Survivors include his loving wife, Karen Sue Krout; sons, Brett David Krout and Joshua Benjamin Krout; and brother, David VanDorn. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his son, Craig S. Krout; brothers, Terry Krout and James VanDorn; and sister, Bonnie Bond.

Cremation arrangements for Larry have been entrusted to the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
