INDOT Announces Road Closure

The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a temporary closure on State Road 26 between Middlefork and Russiaville. Beginning on or after Tuesday, April 2, crews will close S.R. 26 between the S.R. 26/S.R. 29 intersection and the Clinton/Howard County line. During the closure, crews will be resurfacing the road and adding drainage improvements. Work is expected to last a couple of months but is weather permitting and subject to change. The official detour around the construction zone is from S.R. 29 to S.R. 28 to U.S. 31.
