Halton Found Guilty By Boone Jury

An Indianapolis man has been found guilty of rape, sexual battery and more after a two-day trial in Boone County. Damian Hatton, 24, was found guilty by a jury on Tuesday in Boone Superior Court I on two counts of rape, two counts of sexual battery, one count of battery and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He is set to be sentenced in March.
