Wally's Set To Open Tuesday

The "Home of the Great American Road Trip," is soon to open in Whitestown. Wally's will open a new 53,000-square-foot center in Whitestown on June 30. The Whitestown location will featuring 84 fueling stations and electric vehicle charging stations, along with fresh food and retail shopping inside the store. Wally's currently has travel centers in Pontiac, Illinois and Fenton, Missouri.
The blog about Wally's opening created a sense of excitement because new community spaces often become places where people gather and make memories. I remember when a new café opened in my neighbourhood and everyone wanted to visit it during its first week. During that busy semester, I used take my fashion assignments because I was struggling to balance my coursework and deadlines. The blog reminded me that small local events can bring a community together in meaningful ways.
