Groundbreaking Today For $4.5 Billion Eli Lilly & Co. Facility

Eli Lilly and Company is breaking ground on a new facility in Boone County today. The 4.5-billion dollar Lilly Medicine Foundry will be used for advanced manufacturing and drug development. It's expected to employ 400 people in the LEAP Research and Innovation District. The Chair & CEO of Lilly will be joined by Governor Mike Braun for the groundbreaking this afternoon.
