Glen Thomas Deane

Glen Thomas Deane, 79, of Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at IU North Hospital in Carmel, Indiana. He was born March 15, 1943 in Virginia, a son of the late May Deane. He attended schools in Virginia. He had worked as an over-the-road truck driver and at Carter Lumber in Lebanon. Glen loved music, particularly Elvis Presley, country, and blues. He liked to collect watches and watch old-time television shows. He is survived by three daughters, Connie (Darrell) Scott, Vicki Frieszell, and Kathy (Danny) Burrus; several grandchildren; brother, Oscar Floyd Deane; and a sister, Linda Deane. In addition to his mother, Glen was preceded in death by a brother, Shorty Deane, and a son-in-law, Richard Frieszell, Jr. Memorial Services are planned for 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 3, 2023, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street in Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Boone County Crematory in Lebanon, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be directed in his memory to the charity of the donor’s choice.
