Frankfort Public Library To Host Vaccine Clinic

The Indiana Department of Health Mobile Unit for District 4 will be holding a free vaccination clinic at the Frankfort Community Public Library on Tuesday, May 20 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clinic will take place in Room 219 on the 2nd floor of the library. Vaccinations will be available to everyone school-aged to adult. Insurance is not required to receive free vaccinations; however, those who are insured should bring their insurance card with them.

School-aged children will be able to receive all of the school-required vaccines—hepatitis A, hepatitis B, MMR, varicella, polio, DTaP, Tdap, and meningococcal—as well as the recommended HPV and COVID. Adults can receive the vaccines for hepatitis A, hepatitis B, Tdap, MMR, shingles, pneumonia, RSV, and COVID. The Mobile Unit will also offer the flu vaccine if it is available at the time of the clinic.

Registration in advance is encouraged, but not required.
