Frankfort Officer Cunningham Promoted

Frankfort Police Officer Ethan Cunningham who was promoted to Sergeant at Monday night's Frankfort Board of Public Works and Safety meeting. Cunningham was sworn in by Mayor Judith Sheets in front of fellow officers, family and friends!
