Frankfort Man Found Guilty Of Sex Crimes, Warrant Issued For Arrest

On August 25, 2026, 77-year-old Richard Q. Henson, of Frankfort, was found guilty by a jury (charges below) in Clinton County Circuit Court. Henson was arrested by Frankfort Police Detectives in February of 2025. Henson failed to show for a bond revocation hearing on August 19, 2026 and has not been seen since. “I want to thank the detectives, as well as the Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office for their work on this case,” stated Chief Scott Shoemaker. “Henson, while out on bond, has failed to present himself for trial and needs located.”
