Frankfort Man Arrested, Again, for Dealing Methamphetamine

On January 10, 2025, Frankfort Police Officers and Naroctics Detectives served an arrest warrant on 33-year-old Jason Stephens. Stephens was wanted for two new counts of Dealing Methamphetamine, Level 3 felonies.

Stephens was out on bond for an arrest by FPD Narcotics Detectives on September 4, 2024 for Dealing Methamphetamine.

“We are sending a message to those who continue to deal drugs, even after being caught, that we will be relentless in our pursuit to arrest repeat offenders who don’t want rehabilitated”, stated Chief Scott Shoemaker. “We will put them back in jail where they belong.”

The Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office filed to revoke bond from that case and add a habitual offender status.

Our narcotics unit was assisted by narcotics detectives from the Clinton County Sheriff's Office and Indiana State Police.
