Frankfort Adjust Time For 4th Celebration

 Frankfort Parks Department Superintendent Joel Tatum announced that the morning activities for the Fourth of July Festival, including the welcoming ceremony and dog show will be postponed until 1 p.m. today. Evening events remain the same. Fireworks are still expected to occur on time! All events are happening at TPA Park.
