Damian Hatton Sentenced To 26 Years In Prison

  Boone County Prosecutor Kent Eastwood announced that Damian Hatton, 24, of Indianapolis, has been sentenced to 26 years in the Indiana Department of Correction for multiple felony and misdemeanor offenses committed against two minor victims in 2024. The sentence was imposed on March 4, 2026, by Judge Matthew Kincaid in Boone Superior Court I. In addition to the executed prison sentence, Hatton will be required to register as a Sexually Violent Predator (SVP) for life, as defined under Indiana law. Hatton was convicted earlier this year after a two-day jury trial. The offenses occurred during separate incidents in October and December of 2024.
