Cynthia (Cyndee) Raye Fisher

Mrs. Cynthia (Cyndee) Raye Fisher, 63, of Thorntown, Indiana, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 3, 2025. Cyndee was born on June 18, 1961 in West Port, Indiana. A daughter of the late Robert L. and E. Florene (Byrum) Cox.

Cyndee was strength and compassion personified. She met everyone with an open heart, a disarming joke, and usually a warm cookie.

Cyndee became a faithful wife to Vern Fisher on September 6, 1986 in Lebanon, Indiana.

She is survived by her husband, Vern; children, Tom (Nicole) and Julee (Mark); grandchildren, Veronica, Jacoby, and Maggie; sisters, Beckie (Randy), and Debbie (Jerry); and brother, Robb (Dawn).

Cyndee retired from Federal Mogul in 2002, and has spent her time with friends, family and racing/training her horses. She also enjoyed quiet movie nights relaxing. Cyndee was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church, Indiana Standard Bred Association, and the USTA.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2025, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at the funeral home. Interment will follow services at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Thorntown.
