Critteen Joy Allen

Mrs. Critteen Joy Allen, 75, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, Indiana. She was born in Kentucky on June 4, 1951, and was the daughter of the late Paul and Betty Messer.

She was married to John O. Allen and he survives.

Critteen was a member of Grace Church in Lebanon. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed.

Survivors include her husband, John O. Allen of Lebanon; daughter, Amy Allen of Lebanon; granddaughter, Patricia Gutierrez of Lebanon; and sister, Patricia Tungate of Westfield.

In addition to her parents, Critteen was preceded in death by her son, Jason Fairchild and brother-in-law, John Tungate.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 noon, on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at Grace Church, 3001 Elm Swamp Road, in Lebanon, Indiana Visitation from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be held at Zionsville Cemetery.
