Clinton County EMS Congratulates Halstead

The Clinton County EMS are proud to announce that Paramedic Josh Halstead is now a Board-Certified Critical Care Paramedic (CCP-C) through the International Board of Specialty Certification (IBSC).

The CCP-C is an international board certification and one of the most respected credentials in critical care transport medicine. The exam is known for its rigor and low pass rates, meaning only a small percentage of paramedics nationwide ever earn this designation.
