The Boone County Economic Development Corporation (Boone EDC), Boone County Chamber of Commerce, and Zionsville Chamber of Commerce invite the public to attend the Boone County Annual State of the Community on Wednesday, February 12, from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. at the Witham Pavilion at the Boone County Fairgrounds..

This highly anticipated event will provide firsthand insights from elected officials across Boone County as they discuss what 2025 and the future hold for the community. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear updates on key initiatives, challenges, and opportunities directly from local leaders.

• Donnie Lawson, Boone County Commissioners

• Matt Gentry, Mayor of Lebanon

• Dan Patterson, Whitestown Town Council

• John Stehr, Mayor of Zionsville

• Carol “Cookie” Leeke, Jamestown Town Council

• Jim Caldwell, Advance Town Council

• Koren Gray, Thorntown Clerk-Treasurer


The discussion will be moderated by Kent Frandsen, senior counsel for Parr Richey Frandsen Patterson Kruse, and panelists will address pre-submitted questions collected from attendee. With over 250 registered attendees from the community, this event is expected to be a dynamic and engaging forum for conversation about the future of Boone County.
