Area Plan Commission Selects New Director

The Boone County Area Plan Commission announce the hiring of a new executive director. Nicole Schell was previously a planner with the City of Madison. She has an undergraduate degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree from Ball State University. And she holds certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners.
