Woman Shot To Death In Whitestown

A woman is dead after being shot when a cleaning crew went to the wrong address in Whitestown. Police received a report of a possible break-in before 7 a.m. Wednesday. Police responded to find a woman shot to death on the front porch of a home. Police believe a man inside shot her through the door after the cleaning crew she worked with showed up at the wrong house. Police are investigating- and working with the Boone County Prosecutor's Office to determine if charges will be filed.
