Witham To Close Extended Care Unit

The Extended Care Unit at Witham Health Services, located at 2705 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon will begin the process of permanent closure to be completed on or before September 5, 2025. This decision was made following a comprehensive review of community needs, regulatory requirements, and resources available in the region. Patients, families, and staff have been notified, and appropriate plans are in place to ensure continuity of care.
