Whitestown Parks And Recreation To Host Plant Sale

A Plant Sale is coming up! Join Whitestown Parks and Rec. at Main Street Park on May 9 from 12–3 p.m. to shop from a beautiful selection of plants, perfect for brightening your home or gifting for Mother’s Day!

The following plants will be available:

 New England Aster

 Wild Bee Balm

 Black Eyed Susan

 Dense Blazing Star

 Eastern Columbine

 Purple Cone Flower

 Butterfly Milkweed

 Swamp Milkweed

 Great Blue Lobelia

 Oxeye Sunflower

 Foxglove Beardtongue

 Little Bluestem

 Lance Leaf Coreopsis

 Spotted Joe Pye Weed

 Virginia Mountain Mint

Proceeds from the sale will support the Whitestown Parks Foundation, which partners with the Whitestown Parks and Recreation to bring amazing events to our community year-round, as well as the Boone County Soil and Water Conservation District, which helps protect and preserve our local environment.

Plants are $7.50 each (card only). Stop by, support great causes, and take home a plant!
