Whitestown Man Accused Of Shooting Father In The Foot

A man in Whitestown is accused of shooting his father in the foot. Rutherford Keener was arrested Sunday evening. Police say Kenner told officers he shot his father- and that the man with a gunshot wound was in the hospital. Kenner is facing preliminary charges of attempted murder, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.
