Wesley Alan Whittinghill

Wesley Alan Whittinghill, 35, passed away early morning on August 3, 2025, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born in Lebanon, Indiana on January 26, 1990; the son of Robin E. (Dollard) Ford and Jerry W. Whittinghill.

Wes graduated from Western Boone High School in 2009. He was the lead operator at LTC North Eli Lilly in Indianapolis.

Wes was an avid gun collector and member of the NRA. He enjoyed spending time outdoors camping, fishing, hunting, riding ATVs, and traveling. Above all, Wes valued the time spent with his family and friends.

Survivors include his parents, Robin E. (Brent) Ford and Jerry W. (Lisa) Whittinghill of Thorntown; grandmother, Karen Brown; love of his life, Amanda M. Sexton; sister, Whitney Slavens; stepsisters, Maci Batts-Ford and Madison Batts-Ford; half-brother, Elijah Whittinghill; nephews, Austin, Bodie, and Cannan; great niece, Emory; Beloved Aunt “JoJo” and Uncle Terry; and his fur baby, Howie. Wes also had many adored aunts, uncles and cousins.

Wes was preceded in death by his grandmother, Phyllis Dollard; grandfather, Harold Whittinghill; and beloved dog, Buffy.

Funeral Services are planned for 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 8, 2025, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street in Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services. Cremation will follow services.
