for a volunteer day at Starkey Park in Zionsville. Help remove invasive bush honeysuckle. Honeysuckle harms native plants, reduces bird nesting success, and increases ticks and mosquitoes. The event will be held Saturday, Nov. 2 and 9 from 10 AM to Noon.
Meet at the wooden shed via the gravel lane on Sugarbush Ridge. Bring water, snacks, and wear protective gear. email info@noinvasives.org for questions. Volunteers will receive a free native tree!
