Traffic Stop For Speeding Results In Drug Dealing Charges

On September 25, 2026, at approximately 10:20 pm., FPD night shift officers stopped a vehicle for speeding north of the city on State Rd 39. During the traffic stop, evidence was located that resulted in the arrest of 33-year-old Zachary Ryan Williams of Frankfort.

He was charged by the Clinton County Prosecutor on the following:

35-48-4-1.1(a)(2)/F2: Dealing in Methamphetamine: Poss. w/ Intent, 10g or more

35-48-4-6.1(a)/F3: Possession of Methamphetamine; > 28g

35-48-4-11(a)(1)/MA: Possession of Marijuana - prior drug conviction

35-44.1-3-1(a)(1)/MA: Resisting Law Enforcmnt: def. knowingly/intentionally forcibly resist/obstruct

9-24-19-2/MA: Driving While Suspended: Knowing Violation and Prior Conviction w/in 10 Years

The Clinton County Sheriff's Office   assisted in the investigation.
