The Town Of Kirklin Is Awarded Planning Grant

The Town of Kirklin have been awarded a $27,000 Planning Grant through the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA). This funding will be used for a stormwater utility study to help identify existing problem areas and needs and develop a plan to guide future improvements.
