Sheriff's Merit To Consider Termination Of Deputy

The Boone County Sheriff’s Merit Board will conduct a public hearing over the termination of Deputy Tobias Shepherd at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Farm Bureau Community Building at the Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds in Lebanon. Sheriff Mike Nielsen is requesting the board terminate Shepherd’s employment, attorney Tom Whitsitt said. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
