Robert A. Allen

Robert A. Allen, 58, passed away Friday, August 29, 2025, in New Ross, Indiana. He was born October 2, 1966, in Lebanon, Indiana, a son of the late James W. and Sharon L. (Likens) Allen.

He graduated from Lebanon High School in 1985 and served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy.

On October 5, 2013, he was married Candace (Stambaugh) Allen at the Lebanon Rock Church; she survives.

Robert worked as a floor technician for several years. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and watching the Indianapolis Colts.

Survivors include his wife, Candace Allen of New Ross; brothers, Dean (Ashley) Stambaugh of Lebanon and Charles M. (Sarah) Stambaugh of Mechanicsburg; three nephews; one niece; beloved dogs, Percilla and Peaches; and cat, Andy Boy.

No services are planned at this time. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with his cremation.

Memorials may be directed in his memory to the charity of the donor’s choice.
